There is a time to fight and a time to stand down. The city has no money and the feds are going to withhold even more, take the me too clause money and call it a day. You can gain buggy drivers but you will lose the 5th man in double houses, this contract, next it will be on all rigs. You may get a few more ambos but not 0 and where would you house them and what would that housing cost the city .
