Viktor Hovland hit his drive on 18 into the first cut and the ball nestled down a bit. I watched him 3 times place his club behind the ball pushing down the grass right behind the ball. Even on of the officials walked up and stood right behind him watching (to see if the ball moved maybe?).

Is this legal? I mean it was so deliberate.
