It's gonna reach 100 by around 330pm and I'm gonna do the BCB and ACB tests then. To give you a hint, I've been out spraying weeds and came in soaking wet, I changed clothes, sat down to cool off a bit and then checked my heart rate.

It was 86! Yowzah!
