A fight, that is what she had seen. Turning her head when Lir had lost, the joyful mare tilted her head and watched as a stallion older than her but also more colorful took claim of her. The half draft mare did not have anything bad to say over all, but she did not entirely like what had happened either. Always one with a dream though, the young maiden named Dreamer moved after the new owner of her. He was pretty to look at of course, but she knew nothing about him, just as she knew nothing of Lir.
Moving through the sea with him until they reached his territory, the mare rose from the salty sea with her long tail dragging behind her. Humming softly, the pale girl turned to face the stallion once more. “Do not apologize. Actions have consequences.” Giving Nicodemus a soft smile, Dreamer shook her whole frame out. Her long mane slapped against her shoulder, creating a whacking sound before she groaned as her body came back to a steady stand still. She was honestly excited to learn about this new place, but with only one night it would be difficult.
“Just one night?” She asked slowly, her head tilting to the side as curiosity coursed through her veins. That wasn't much time to recoup after a battle and a swim, which she would not allow him to do easily unless he forced her which was his right. “You have me for a full season sir. Why not keep me here and make everything as it should be?” Most would probably be throwing a fit, but Dreamer was honestly curious. Nicodemus was in control of her for the next month at the very least, let alone however long she was allowed to stay after if that was what she wanted. It was entirely up to him of course, but her confusion could clearly be seen upon her face as she once more fell silent, waiting for what he would say.
