there is no world in which you expect him to be remotely as good as he was. He got pulled when he was going to face several lefties in a row in his 3rd time through the order.

That's baseball 101 at this point.

As a brief guess at what you'd expect the hitters he got pulled for to do against him... Lefties have OPS roughly 50 points higher vs Flaherty this year than righties. 3rd time through the order he allows OPS 150 points higher than the first time through the order.
