Yes - but if it�s the two I am thinking of the basis of their lawsuit was not �I can�t play anymore because of how you Miss taught me and mismanaged play.� The Billy Suit was unique in that regard. As for other frontons / managers hiring someone who has sued and settled it really more �buyer beware.� Especially in such a highly litigious State like Florida.
