Double trouble.
That was all anyone thinks when they see them coming. Of course if you asked them Saraswati was the actual trouble. Nicknames everyone and singing about them all day. The girl loved nothing more than to gossip about the young mare who still acted as if she was a child. Even they felt they were more mature at a year and a half. Sara wasn't fun to play with no more and besides she was always tagging around those two older colts to bother them anyway.
Zohara, aka Princess 'flower' as Sara called her, was growing up too. The twins like Zohara the best even though she spent most of her time clinging to her mother's side. It was odd when Nico came and brought her to the Dunes. They could only assume it was Princess duty stuff so they had nothing to worry about when it came to being sent off to another herd. Zohara did return, but sounds like she was planned to go to the Hills in Spring when they officially turn two.
The filly was pretty mature (which is why they like her so much). There was a new foal around too. Another child of Nico making the painted colt their uncle. It was odd to think they were older than their own uncle.
The twins roll next to each other in the grass towards the open meadow of the Inlet. They giggle at each other telling jokes and just playing until a noise stops them. Ears perk on both of the champagne fillies as they roll over onto their belly and look around for the horse approaching. Replies:
