Everyone is always interested in this question. Some believe that 1.7 million is an exaggeration. They would have already fallen.
As of 22.08.2025, the figure recorded is 649,000 obituaries published by the Ukrainian side. They are being mowed down on the front with monstrous force.
Even those with protection from "higher" places are now being sent to trenches. However, if the hacked data is true, that's about 5 % of the total pre-war Ukraine population. Such a figure is then in the ranks of the WW2 losses. Something to think about..."
