Honestly, goodnluck. I doubt it be a mass exit. But seriously have hardest fight in court. He's is the the first to challenge the residency. There is case law in Illinois making very hard for a judge to be on his side. Now don't get me wrong once it goes to supreme Court well then yes it's a win. You have to get past the district courts the appeals first. I give ten years until a win. By then I'll be way gone. So good luck.
