The average IQ on this page is about the same as the average high in January. Fire staffing has nothing to do with EMS runs. We are at bare minimum for an ISO class one department. If we drop one Company, the city, not to mention the homeowners, have to pay well over the cost of one company in insurance premiums. CFD may put every company on a permanent Variance, but there is no more room to close engines or trucks. Not saying anything about squads or Command vans, though those …those could close.
