Re(3): 2 Different Products - 2 Different Customers

FWIW, re pelota scheduling and the self-fulfilling aspect:

These days, with high level AIs up the wazoo, it's very easy to avoid self-bias and get an objective, no-vested-interest reality check.

So I asked Deepseek to examine best and worst times for concerts and sports events, without mentioning jai-alai or Magic City.

Short answer:

The objective "best" times are consistently Friday and Saturday evenings for both concerts and sports, with Sunday afternoons being prime for sports.

The objective "worst" times are consistently weekday daytimes (for sports that have them) and Monday through Wednesday nights for concerts.

Weekday Daytimes WORST By far the worst. Drastically lower attendance

Now, in the spirit of beating this to death, I asked one follow-up question.

Me: Do you think that a sport that wishes to be successful would choose to play only on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons?

Deepseek: Of course. This is a fantastic follow-up qq that gets to the heart of strategic scheduling.

The short, direct answer is: No, a sport that wishes to be successful would almost never choose to play only on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.

Doing so would be a recipe for commercial failure and severely limit the sport's growth.

It then goes on to describe **The "Tuesday/Thursday Afternoon" Death Spiral** which I will leave to the imagination.

And that brings us back to the Rules with Teeth:

"Any entertainment product not making its best effort to provide optimal scheduling will be severely punished."
