Where there is harmony, there is peace - claim

Making a move wasn't usually her style. No, she usually just sits back and listens to her mother's stories of the old days. There was so much knowledge her mother had from the islands over the years. So many great horses she spoke of. It made Harmonie wish she was born in that time period instead of the one she lives now. This timeline was a struggle to stay at peace. I guess all of her mother's stories involved the bad guys and the heroes of her time. They had struggled too.

The chestnut mare would much rather live her life peacefully in the Peak until the end came. Some of her life has been this way, but lately the Lagoon was striking more often. Her sisters had been unsuccessful in saving a mare and her young child. They may have had a better chance if the others had shown any inkling of aid. It was sad to see what the Peak was becoming. She hopes her home would grow strong again.

It could, maybe, if she participated more. It just wasnt her style to go out of her way. To make moves, be aggressive. She was more of a defender when intruders came into their home. Maybe that is what beings her to the Commons. She was looking for something, anything, that may one day become their saving grace. Or just her own. Mother would not always be at her side for companionship.

The mare reaches the Commons with ease. No one has yet stopped her travel or told her that idea was wrong. Mother was probably still too weak to move much after that battle. Soft eyes scan her surroundings until they find the tall stallion all by himself. He looks fairly young so she assumes he was in good health. Maybe enough to aid her sisters or show some muscle against the Lagoon.

Not that he would have any power there, but more male presence couldn't hurt could it? "Hey you!" She calls as she aproaches. "I, uh, think I will take you home with me." This is what mares who claim say to their stallions right? She slows to a stop in front of him, clearly nervous. She fidgets awaiting his response. Expecting him to come easily, but really unsure how all this should go.
