The international did not investigate the pension fund or widows and orphan fund. The pension fund underwent a forensic audit and it found discrepancies which resulted in a report being filed with cook county states attorney highlighting misappropriation under Tony’s watch. He was directly responsible for overseeing petty cash, while a secretary (his relative) was allowed to utilize said petty cash. $47k was unaccounted for. The Cook county states attorney, of the Democratic Party, the same party Tony has been involved with for years, and ran multiple unsuccessful campaigns for state rep through, never moved on the charges.
