Who has seen what's going on to prepare for the upcoming Battle Court invasion?

I'm wondering:

Has seating been upgraded?
How will a wider contra-concha affect the play? More/tougher caroms?
How about the ball? Granite frontis and glass rebote seems like a big problem for ball design.

Will renovations be ready?
