Wechuge
That everyone gets wrong.
Voices filled the calm air of the day. They trickled against the mellow wind and peaceful atmosphere until their tones filtered through dark ears. Eyes of a pale blue slowly blinked open before a huff escaped pink clad lips. Everything had been overly calm lately, but lord did he kind of wish it would stay that way.
Lifting his large head from where it was hanging, Wechuge rotated black rimmed ears. The movements were slow and clinical as they took their time twisting to where the voices sounded. He knew this was the Commons now that he was fully waking up, but he did not really care. He had been sleeping peacefully under a large fur tree that edged the open expanse of land. He had taken a bit of time away from the Lagoon, knowing he wouldn't return until he had a prize in hand. Someone had to do something more than play with the bog he figured.
Scanning the distance, the blood bay stallion took a moment before registering what had made the noise. Looking over a younger mare and stallion, his brows slowly knit together before he shrugged. Lifting his large hooves, the muscle bound cryptid meandered his way over to them. Picking up the last sentence the stallion made on his stroll, Wechuge couldn't hide the smirk upon his face as his bright eyes twitched over to him.
“I think ‘we’ are going to the Lagoon.” He rumbled, his bulky frame now close enough to almost breathe down their backs if he were to step forward just a few feet more. Tilting his head to the side, Wechuge didn't pay attention to the mare much more than he already had. Instead, he was zeroed in on the frosted bay stallion. If he managed to gain a lagoon brother today, he could go off in search of something much more… desirable later.
