An embarrassment no doubt. Its par for the course. I don't say this to be mean, I say this as an urgent plea to get your #### together, so we don't bury anyone else. I would do anything I can to save all of you in a ####ty situation, but I can't save people from themselves or their ignorance. Work out, stay fit, be an expert at what you do. Don't just complain. Work hard to be the best and serve everyone equally best you can.
