I know I was not asked, but calling to add cost (more salary and benes) just as casinos enter Ct was as crazy as what I saw in Ct manufacturing plants where unions also did it in the same decades as plant after plant closed.

The players should have sought an incentive plan based on increasing attendance and handle. If it failed to happen, they get no more money, but if the numbers go up, they get more money.
