Noticed this bet option in some of the international offerings on Watch and Wager.

Essentially picking 2 out of the 3 top finishers, where the order doesn't matter. ('Meatloaf' approved, I assume)

With some of the large fields they have, successfully picking 2 long shots can really pay.

Wonder how that might have worked out for jai-alai, especially back when it was thriving. Maybe low payouts on high freq pairs such as 12, 13, 14 might doom it to dullsville. Aside from that, I think the chance to pick 2 posts to be 'in there', without being required to cover lots of tri combos, is an interesting angle.
