At the beginning of the 2000s, Europe was still in the euphoria of disarmament following the end of the Cold War. As a result, Finland was able to purchase 22 used tracked MLRS vehicles from the Netherlands. The weapon, classified as a heavy rocket launcher in our country, was given the code 298 RsRakH 06. They were used very little, with an average mileage of 4,000 km. The system was chartered to Rauma on two ships in February 2007.
