For those interested in the letter dated 11/20/08 sent to the Pension Board by Bud Maxey in reference to requesting the Pension Board to make a request to Tallahassee to review their procedures in handling PRAA money. The letter was noted as received and the only comment from the Pension Board was in reference to the Pension Boards Attorney having a different opinion of the matter than Mr. Maxey and that no further action will be taken.
