Ice Mountain

The Ice Mountain is much smaller than Wolf Mountain, yet climbing up it is far more difficult and shouldn't be attempted in winter. Some creatures collect the shiny stones at the peak of this mountain for necklaces.

Glyfe flew up the side of the mountain she was dangerously close to the ground and if there was a rock she would be dead as a door nail. She was an Elf Owl a speices of owls that were the size of a regular sized owls newly hatched, she was even smaller than the usaul Elf Owl. She had snowy white breast feathers and a ivory coloured heart shaped face with a sooty mark under her beck were the soot from the live coal she was carring in her mouth was every now and then hitting her.

She stopped at the tip of the mountian and cleared a spot from snow and placed the coal in some of the dry grass she was a master at starting fires, and a quick flame sone started to filcker she shook her wings out and heated them on the fire and then she heard somthing the heart beat of a small animal. She might be an Elf Owl but she had the hearing of a Barn Owl and quickly pin pointed its location and killed it and roasted it over the fire and then ate it she hooted in satisfaction and put her head under her wing to sleep for the night.
