The twin sisters paused at the voice, both whipping their heads around at the sound. Their yellow eyes drifted from Layla to Lea, noting her pregnancy. Neither lioness had cubs of their own, but then again, their former pride was led by their father. Such action would have been inappropriate, so they were happy to hunt alongside him. Nakato's ears laid back slightly. She was reluctant to agree to going to a pride so soon without knowing anything of their male.

Apiyo was in agreement with her sister. They might've been lost and somewhat alone, but that didn't matter so long as they had each other. "I am Apiyo, and my sister, Nakato," she said with a slight incline of her head. Nakato then chimed in with the question Apiyo had been thinking, "And how strong is your pride? How many of you are there, how strong is your male, what are their names?"
