Siege blinked at the very odd question his daughter posed then laughed a bit at it. The large brute opened his maw to reply then Oki said, �Yes, it tastes good! Dad and Palladium bring it home all the time!� The young dark blue and red male said laughing Sam joining is as well with his brother. It was so funny to them that she didn�t know what a deer was when a lot of the that was what they ate. Siege couldn�t help but chuckle before he responded to his daughter either. �Yes, deer taste good, Ume honey.� her father said with a few waves of his tail.

�Well that�s what we are hoping to do. Catch something for use to eat tonight before finding a place to bed down. With some luck and quiet we should have some luck.� he didn�t want to outright scold her for being a bit noisy. She was just excited and Siege refused to punish her for that. �Well kids we are going to follow this trail and hope that we run into your mother.� Then he started following the trail he had found tail waving around his ankles as we went red eyes looking for any sign of movement as he did so. Hopefully this would all be quick. He wasn�t sure if Ume would take well to him actually tackling down and killing something before her eyes� I mean if she didn�t know that they were eating deer it was quite possible that she might not know that he had to kill something to bring it home to them. They weren�t just catching them after all; they were stalking, hunting then killing it.

Kai followed close behind her mother occasionally sniffing the ground to see if there were any cues that were laid out or if she was just walking around aimlessly. The blue and black pelted pup hoped that they weren�t wandering too far away from her father. Her golden eyes went around to see if she could spot any of the other group. No, she couldn�t, so she had to trust that her mother would eventually find Siege, Samikle, Ume and Oki. She smelled the spot that she indicated, recognizing it as one of the things she was brought to eats scent, though it wasn�t blatantly obvious. She waited for her mother to reply to Hay and also for them to continue on their tracking adventure.
