Bright Moon - a land sullied by mystery and the ravaging scars of a terrible fire. Abandoned as a pack land for years, the terra has been used as a gathering place for the brazen and bloodthirsty drawn there by the lingering pall of death. Yet from the ashes there comes an unordained phoenix, the rainbow hues of hope glinting in her mismatched globes. Through the obsidian drapes obscuring the scenery, she alone was able to catch the perfumed aroma of new life on the breeze and hear the sluggish streams flowing ever swifter into the morning.

Thus, with a purpose, she set out to map the incognita, discovering daily the extent of the reawakening and unearthing within herself a desire to return the landscape to its former glory. Now she stands tall as privileged Alpha of the lands, lording over the rock-strewn prairie and bountiful forests with a firm but gentle paw.

Having finally realized her deepest longing to be a queen, Satowra is focused solely on the revival and maintenance of the Bright Moon Pack. Her question to each prospective warrior that comes to the border is simple:

"Do you have what it takes?"

The dominate call has me lifting my head in wonder and excitement. Tamlin has returned? My tail instantly starts swaying, thinking about the nice male I'd met at the borders. I'd only met him once upon welcoming a new comer into Bright Moon and he'd rewarded me by giving me a rank. I've never been above an Omega so this was a new thing for me, yet something I couldn't help but be proud of. The only damper is that I haven't seen Raylen much at all lately. I do hope he hasn't decided to leave Bright Moon, though I don't think I could even see the male leaving this place. He loves it too much, just as Tamlin does.

I know that the call means a pack meeting and I can't help my skin tingling nervously. So I will get to meet the other pack members then, all at once. I head toward the meeting area at a trot, unsure of how to approach. At a time like this, I can't think about my rank. All I think about is being surrounded by strangers. My only hope can be if Raylen is then but even so, he is highly ranked so he will have a spot to himself and I mustn't crowd him. Off in a corner to myself then. That is all I can do. I gulp nervously at the thought.

As I get near, I smell the familiar tang of Venga. I smile in remembrance of the young girl I met while seeing the Abendrot wolves at the borders. She seemed very brave for her age and she holds the rank of Zeta. I look forward to getting to know her better.

More and more scents start to flow through my nostrils as I get close and I wince. More faces that I can't put a name to. So many of them too...After Venga, I don't know the first scent I'm smelling and sadly, no Raylin in the mix.

Once I reach the clearing, I shuffle in slowly, keeping my head down even though I hold rank. I find a corner and sit down, golden eyes taking in the others hesitantly. Giving Tamlin recognition first, I smile warmly and nod, taking a moment to roam over his frame with my gaze and yet comign away satisfied when I see not a mark on him. A runaway opponent perhaps?

I hear so many voices speaking to him with familiarity and recognition and yet none of them I know. None introduce themselves either until a timid white female who calls herself Tsunami. I make sure to put that name in my memory bank.

I flinch when a call rings throughout Bright Moon and look toward Tamlin, ears flickering, wondering whether someone should go escort the wolf to the meeting. And yet soon enough a wolf comes rushing into the clearing, apologies in her eyes as she says that she tresspassed and introduces herself as Arvada.

Another female wonders in soon enough with a mysterious aura around her. My eyes narrow a bit in curiosity and my ears flick back at the way she carries herself, as someone recently wounded. A fighter perhaps? I always get nervous around fighters. I listen as she introduces herselfa s Kushina and then backs slowly away from Tamlin. She's an odd one to be sure.

Just then I hear a bit of crashing and look up to see a young wolf come falling none too gracefully to land on his side right before Tamlin's paws. I can't help but smile a bit in amusement, ears flicking forward in interest as he goes to introduce himself. He gets as far as Seo before falling again to the ground. My eyes widen in worry and I glance toward Tamlin, unsure of what to do.
