As the large male gazed at the little fish that lived in the water, a bit of noise filled his golden ears. He couldn't understand any of the words being said, but it wasn't long until he saw a young male wolf and a dragon companion. Orange eyes couldn't help but watch as the male happily began swimming his way. The old, freakishly huge wolf let a slight grin tug at his otherwise melancholy cream visage. Merlin instantly reminded him of one particular family member of his. Before he could get a hello out, Merlin started to comment on his size. Of course, it was something he couldn't seem to escape. But then, this young boy knew his name! A bit of confusion filled his orange eyes, but Merlin was quick to dispel it.

It took a while before Merlin stopped talking long enough for the old brute to reply to anything he said. He turned his head toward the dragon companion, and with a calm and deep voice said, "Of course he is special. I have never met a wolf like him." The grin on his maw was a bit playful. Everyone was unique, so of course his statement was accurate.

The quad colored male turned his attention back to Merlin, and attempted to address everything the young one had mentioned. Firstly, he leaned in closer sniffing the air to catch Merlin's scent. Yes, he did know this scent, it was faint in his memory, very much so, but he was indeed a child of Witch. His gold-tipped black tail wagged once or twice behind him. It was nice to know one of Witch's children was alive and well.

"Yes, I am Lone Zelda. I remember your scent from when I lived in Coral Flower, but you were very, very young," he said, his voice low and almost with a natural boom. With age, his voice was descending even lower than it was before. The brute gave a look at his golden paws, they were massive, and he couldn't remember the days before they were so big. He frowned slightly, before returning to a mildly amused face. He wondered why the wolf before him thought he might be eating dragons, maybe it was because he wore a necklace of dragon talons around his neck. Today, he wasn't wearing his dragon skull, but he did not eat these dragons. These bones are all he has left of his friends.

"No, I do not eat dragon," he said, giving a glance to Ignitus. "My large size is a curse given to me. I once passed on to the afterlife, and as a consequence for accepting life again, my body grew large," he said, his cream and black face rather serious with his words. He didn't know for sure if this was the case, but that is the conclusion he came to.

"What are your names?" he asked, orange eyes gazing from the young dark wolf to the dragon...and then to another creature who made himself known. A male fox. It seemed that he wanted to be apart of the conversation, and Lz wasn't one to leave anybody out. "And you, of course," he said to he fox, allowing a grin to come back to his face. He had to seem welcoming, and it was nice to have others to talk to again.
