Aster still watched the fem with a slightly guarded expression as she replied, it made him feel a little silly. His gaze though slowly drifted to the missing limb, which surprised him. Something about her was very different from the normal Fire Pack flavor. He loosened up his expression slightly adopting his normal composure as the fem also looked over him. He saw her golden gaze drift to the feather, but the usual look of recognition didn't flash through her eyes. She was very different indeed. From what he had gathered Fire was like a much more sinister Kuna Pack. Killing the weak and only promoting the strong, making them all bloodthirsty killers and more specifically thirsty to kill those from his home lands. This fem, was either just the opposite of her lands or was pulling a very convincing ruse. After all, not many would expect a soft spoken girl to be a killer, especially one with just three limbs.

"I guess not." He said in his silky deep tones, "But, can you blame me?" He said with a little chuckle, it was slightly forced but it was a step forward to getting him to lighten up and return to his normal self, not so much carefree, but kinder. The brute figured now would be the best time to break the next barrier, he wasn't sure how friendly he wanted to get with the Fire Pack fem, it could be dangerous, and not just for him.

"My name is Aster." He said plainly, "May I ask your name?" He let the icy gaze run over the female once more, her posture and visage suggested she was true to what she had said, 'she's not scary' this was true so far, he wouldn't completely let down his guard still he was feeling as if this meeting would go through with no troubles.
