I said it in 2009 and I will say it again. The class action law suit only serves to provide a windfall for Parker and Wayne Thomas at the expense of the retirees. We will now have to pay in excess of $1,160,972.28 to Wayne Thomas and Parker. They used everyone who opted-in on the class action lawsuit as their money #####s to fleece our pension. Nice job opt-in retirees you screwed yourselves and everyone else to make Wayne Thomas a rich man.
