At Leisure Lake the sun is always shining and only a few stray clouds roam the open sky; paradise is the one word that really describes it. This beautiful lake is clean and refreshing, the very best place to swim and fish. Pups are known to play here while older wolves watch at the side, engaged in their own activities.

I'll make you laugh, not scream

Long, deep shadows cast their nets over the moist dirt, creating a lacing, interlocking pattern that played tricks on one's eyes. But he knew what the forest was really trying to implicate- the danger it tried to lock away with its' bare branches. The sineous titan stopped to lifted his mischevious gaze to the heavens, grinning up at the limbs. Soon, the dead would hang from them.
The sun stroke harsh rays down from the blue bowl, trying to reach the lanky creature quivering in the forest's depths. Joker cringed away in reprisal from being detected, but there was a playful glint in his eyes. Insects whirred about his muzzle as he began to walk, drawn to the scent of decay that permeated his maw. He paid little heed to the annoying things with wings, instead focusing on his life's most recent events. Joker's solitary journey all began on a bright summer's day...
And ended in a total bloodbath. The beige male allowed a cruel smirk to distort his masculars. Those memories still lived fresh in his mind, and Joker did nothing to push them away.
Warm air began to blanket hi mas he perused the trees, keeping a detailed account of his surroundings with his senses. The small chitter of a squirrel, solitary calls of birds, the shift of the breeze raised no alarm to the lean beast, but what he began to smell was far more interesting. Apparently, there was a lake ahead, and a popular gathering at that. Joker's banner began to twitch in anticipation, tongue lolling from it's cage. Maybe it was time for him to familiarize, gossip with the locals before turning them into his pawns. Ah, that would be nice. Joker was the power-hungry sort, who would use others for his own personal gain. The inconspiciously-hued brute trotted out from the edges of the oaks and aspens, reaching the wide embankments of Leisure Lake. Three lupines were in his immediate sight; and Joker made his smooth way towards them. There was a cub, and that sparked interest in the mascu's nerves. Perhaps Joker could make his entrance that way?
Slowly, Joker approached the pair of adults, a male and female, and their rambunctious pup. With an inviting smile on his face, the silvery tan brute trotted forward on his black toes, heading straight for the little ebony pup. As he made his way towards them, his triangles could pick up the ending fragments of a sentence. ... if he disturbed you, the fae had stated, trying to control the ball of energy hopping around at their feet.Rex. Oh, so the name of the young wolf was Rex. Sounded manly. Joker snuck up silently behind the dam, sliding past her to pounce straight on the ebon brute and rolling him over, much to the suprise in the small creature's pools.
Got you.
Joker's tenor voice ran out in a sing-song tone as he grinned down at Rex, ignoring the other two.
