The area seemed to be more ancient the farther in they got; she wondered briefly how long it had been here, and how many wolves before them had wandered these cavern systems. She heard Darketh complain slightly about something or the other; she wasn't really sure. She'd been too lost in thought. Still, in response she speed up a little to catch up to him, shock flitting across her feautures as he slumped. Had he been injured? Slipping to his side she nudged him softly. "Are you okay?" He just seemed exhausted now that she had a chance to observe him closely. And fed up. All she could smell however, was the strong bloody tang that tainted the air. Something was seriously wrong. She stepped over him, almost defensively guarding the young male on the floor. A little growl escaped between her lips.
