Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Rogue was searching for a den on the Diveen side of Glorall. She was going to be as close as she could to Malina and that meant making her den right along the river border that broke up the two pack lands. She moved along the river, searching for enough cover to hide her, yet at the same time open enough so she could see her surroundings. She had a lot on her mind with coming to live in Glorall and its new leader Tesseract. How interesting that she would run into the one wolf of Iromar who wasn’t a demon and have him and have him as an alpha. Well she wasn’t going to complain. She rather liked the idea of having an acquaintance she actually got along with as an alpha.

Sometime she would have to find him and have a conversation about why he had left, and she was sure he would be wondering as well. Well no matter. She would tell him all what she wanted and he would tell her the same. The ebony and cinnamon wolfess stopped suddenly, turning her poisonous green gaze upon small dugout by a bolder. Looking around she wished it would have been a bit more covered, but she could see the river from the spot and that would do enough for her.

It was small she would have to dig it out for sure. By smell it was some type of badger or gopher. Either way, it would work for her. She would dig it out, make it suit her tastes, perhaps drag in some deer and rabbit pelts for her own comfort. Time would tell. Sitting by the rock she stared over the river towards Diveen where Malina was at. Her heart was there, she had no soul, but Malina would never betray her. She would always have a heart.

Wondering if she should find Tesseract or if he would come to her. She would wait a bit longer, the day was drawing to a close once the sun fell to the horizon she would being her search for her new alpha.
