At Leisure Lake the sun is always shining and only a few stray clouds roam the open sky; paradise is the one word that really describes it. This beautiful lake is clean and refreshing, the very best place to swim and fish. Pups are known to play here while older wolves watch at the side, engaged in their own activities.

He opened his eyes. It took a moment for the darkness to absorb into the brute’s vision, his icy gaze tired and lacking the enthusiasm he possessed as soon as he went outside. A chill ran up his spine, the titan curling and uncurling into a ball to try and find the warmth that seemed to have disappeared when he opened his gaze. There was a small light source near the hole of the den, a littering of snow slowly melting into the dirt. Zev’s memory then came back to him, the titan crouching a stretching in the large place he held under the ground. His den was big and Zev took pride in it. He could hunker down in it and only have the bend his head and slouch his shoulders in order to not graze the top of the cave. You could fit two of him in there, which really was a lot of room considering that he was twice the size of any normal wolf walking around outside in the snow. However, though how much space there was inside, it was lonely. The big emptiness of his den made him shudder sometimes, wanting to change it by maybe making it smaller or something. Then both he and Athene could fit into it on a rainy day.

Athene. They had gone their seperate ways that evening after they had helped the young mistress, Marble, help escape the terrible hunger eating her away. Snow had barely started to fall when he wished his...friend away. Apparently, despite his not going outside that morning, it picked up in the evening and piled down onto the ground. The great titan made his way out of the small entrance to his den, shaking out his gray and white fur, the occasional dark spot leaking out into the sunlight. His black fur on his body was mostly located on his face, but his coat often did seem a bit black because of the undercoat that was beginning to grow. His paws hit the pile of snow underfoot, the cold frost biting at his face as small flecks of beautiful dust danced around his face. His mouth gaped open as he looked into the wind.

Glitter was raining down onto the snow, a cold treat licking the ends of his whiskers. A beautiful wind was prosperous, sending a calming chill down his back and awakening the bones and muscles that had a hard time waking up. He stood in the wind for a very long time, his eyes closed and stretching out his bones and everything inside of him. Inhaling, he scenting his friend on the breeze. Or was that word meaningless now? Athene came bounding through the trees towards him, sliding her cranium under his chin for the smallest millisecond that could drive him crazy. The drive inside of him towards her was awakening and getting stronger every day. Soon, he wouldn’t be able to take it. Her eyes were bright, a question inside of it and he nodded simply. With Athene, he was beginning to stop talking since conversation with her was rare. “Shall we go for a walk?” He walked through the snow, keeping pace with the ess at his side, the warmth inside of him growing into his smile.
