"Hey Yi-" the familiar tones met her ears as she bounced up in the air from her seated position and spun around to see the one she had come looking for, Meryl! But her name didn't start with a Y, a small quizzical look that had taken over her features for two seconds was gone as soon as she saw him, oh how could she worry about something as small and trivial as a name, maybe he forgot her name. A soft girlish giggle ripples from her throat and out between her lips as she tilted her head back and opened her mouth to allow them better access to the world around her. Baby pink eyes sparkled with the joy at having been found by her old friend, she tipped her head back down to a normal elavation before she started to trot the short distance between them, her nose lowered slightly as she came upon him "Careful you Silly, you'll start to catch flies with that thing open so wide" she said with such carefree laughter, it was like back before she'd known about the pairing of Mer with her sister Danny.

He still hasn't spoken and she pokes her nose under his jaw to help him better close it, "There, that's better. Very unappealing of you to stare so, Meryl... is everything alright?" she asks looking behind her, was Danny behind them? she didn't know about her sisters choosen path and that she'd gone to be with someone else, had she known this she might have stayed, but she had been given a task and she had always done her best to keep those tasks at the fore front of her mind and it helped distract her from the obvious pain she felt at the thought of never having Meryl for herself. Selfish as it was to think such things, in a world where death and loss was previlant one couldn't take the chance any more to not jump into something that could be a life long bond.

Besides, she hadn't found her imprint yet, so perhaps that's why Meryl had been such a good friend for her, well, she was determined to keep him as a good friend, no matter what Danny said any more. "I'm... I'm really sorry I didn't ge to say goodbye" she said softly, her eyes still shining brightly though they hold a slight sadness, did he hate her for not saying goodbye? did he hate her for what she'd done. Oh she'd been a right git hadn't she? it really was mostly her fault for all this awkwardness, if they hadn't met in the first place the poor boy wouldn't be so slack jawed every time he saw her. A soft giggle leaves her lips, "Momma sent me on a mission of the utmost importance and I wasn't to tell a soul, I'm sorry Meryl, I should have atleast talked to you before I left... but what with Danny and you... and momma, she said I should go out into the world, to find myself. I think I've done that... I'm sure I have... this is why I've come back. Cause I found myself. How have you been? oh dear me, I still haven't gotten home to tell them I'm back, you think Danny will be excited to see me?" she didn't even know if Danny was still in Spirane or if she'd gone else where.

But she couldn't have gone else where, she was the princess, she would take over when momma didn't want to rule any more right? "Please don't be upset, I wasn't trying to ignore you... I just... I... I didn't want to get in between you and danny... I just wanted everyone to be happy, not all sad and stuffs.... your not sad are you Meryl? I have returned, and we are friends right? really good friends I hope, still..." there are alot of words... alot of words and she doesn't quiet know still how to put all her feelings down in these words but she's prepaired to start from scratch. She wants them to be good friends no matter who or what gets in between them. Her head tilts to the side one ear flopped slightly over it's self with the other straight up, those sweet innocent eyes almost pleading with him to just be that, friends.
