Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Honestly I never understood why some wolves had this constant obsession with power; craving it and doing anything to achieve it. Leading others seemed like too much of a hassle. All though the concept had a certain appeal: sitting on top, getting away with anything I wanted, having others serve me. But having to listen to their complaints and put their needs before your own, no way; It made me sick to my stomach even thinking about it. So if this alpha suspected me to be trotting down his border line, clawing for a challenge of his position, well he was sorely mistaken. I'll admit, I could respect a wolf with enough patience to lead others. I'd have snapped on them, no matter how good of subordinates they were. It was not in my nature to lead, so the alpha could go piss on his trees if it made him feel more secure about his power.

I knew the wolf was hidden in the pack lands, watching me from a view point where they could see me but I could not see them. I wondered how long they'd sit up there like a little bitch before they'd come down and play. I pretended to not notice and continued on my way. Oh when would my mysterious admirer come talk to me? Were they perhaps too shy? Well they'd better fucking grow some balls cus I didn't particularly appreciate this stalker game, not when there was something more interesting to discuss. After all, who didn't want the delight that was me as a packmate?

So you can imagine my elation when I finally heard the wolf coming down to meet me, oh joy. I was turned far before the wolf had made his grand entrance, I wanted to see my stalker, face to face. He made a gruff bark, dropping a dead rabbit, that made me quirk my eyebrow slightly. Crimson eyes locked with strange violet eyes that stared at me with a cautious curiosity. The male was taller, but I weighed more, putting us evenly matched if a fight were to ensue, but fights for spite were tedious and not worth my time. He was white almost all over, except for black, red, and silver markings on his back. It was clear he was the alpha by the way his banner arched dominantly over his back, while mine stayed calmly even with my back: a right being a loner allowed me.

"I don't suppose you were looking for somebody in particular?" he said calmly with a crooked smile. He stayed standing, meaning he seriously expected me to try and pick a fight. What kind of visitors do you get mister alpha, hmmmm? I smirked and sat down, allowing my tail to wrap lazily around my paws. "Well I was looking to find the man in charge, but looks like its my lucky day cus he found me instead," I hummed amused that the fates had let me run into exactly who I was looking for. Course what I said probably made him suspect me of coming for a challenge, but it wasn't my problem unless he attacked me, which would be bad for him; I'm not saying i'd win, he was alpha for a reason, but i'd leave a nasty little souvenir from me.

"Word in the forest is that this is the pack to be apart of. So I came to check it out myself, look as possibly earning membership," I inquired, holding my tongue from saying something that would probably leave a bad taste in his mouth. Those comments would come later, right now I needed to actually get in before I could fuck around like I always did. Don't get me wrong, I may often screw around, but I get shit done. You'd never meet a better pack wolf, since living in a normal pack would be much easier than living in a gang. I had too much honor to throw it away, cus only worthless pieces of shit didn't have honor and I made it a personal mission to end their existence from this world. I was a blast at parties.

Say what you mean, tell me i'm right and let the sun rain down on mE.
Give me a sign, I want to believE.
