Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

She loved being pressed against Warlow, it was a sensation she could hardly get enough of, and today was no different. She moved so that her head lay on his paws as she shared warmth with him. It was clear by the drops in temperature that winter was days away and she had to say she was anticipatory for its onset. She actually loved playing in the snow, and with Warlow by her side she was free to enjoy that experience with him. She couldn’t stifle the fit of giggles as she thought of Warlow with a pile of snow on his head it was an adorable thought indeed! She pressed her nose into his cheek before running her tongue the length of his head giving him the cowlick she adored.

“Good Morning!” She hummed clearly chipper and excited for the day ahead. She wiggled her way out of the den they had found the other day; before shaking out her coat. She had awoken before the sun had risen and took the opportunity to have breakfast when Warlow awoke. She went to the spot where she had hid the small sea bird that was snatched up from his nest earlier that day and dropped it in front of Warlow. The sea breeze was a new sensation to her but it was a welcome change; and it never hurt to explore.

Her tail swayed as she studied her souls expression truly no one could understand her more than he though her friend came close it was still Warlow whom she could be herself with, free even. “There is a pack just a ways off and I spotted a crossing into the lands, perhaps we could go visit?” She asked looking curiously for an answer hoping he would say yes. She liked to see new things, observe how the creatures worked together. Should he agree she would happily explore by his side and should he not, it wouldn’t matter she always had fun with Warlow in whatever they chose to do.
