Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

For long enough had we endured her reign and now; no more. It was time that the rightful mountain wolves held their own against the competition and showed them all that they could do this well. It was time prove that they were meant to call this home and not an outsider. Lavender finds a smile on her lips as she glances back to be assured that Scia was close behind.

"Your first real diplomatic training. Exciting huh? I went on a couple of these to Tavoria." She had too. Very interesting. Perhaps now she might find herself in a better place among her peers. Change was bound to happen and maybe now, it would be a good one right? She had no doubt that this felt right. One can imagine that the trespassers will come back thoguh; if they do not remain as it is. Purge was unwelcome though. That much was clear in the minds of anyone who knew what went on and what she had done.

Talesin and his siblings had been cast out. Snowshoe and her own would likely have been next had the woman lost. This was not the case however. Snowshoe had been victorious though; not by fighting it seemed. Purge had not appeared it would seem and one had to wonder why. She would more than likely come back though and Lavender was sure that Snowshoe would be ready for her or anyone that might chance to rise against them.

Attention is on the matter at their paws however. First they must seek out Glorall and then, they would go from there. "Glorall is our first matter at paw. We must see if we cannot fix what Purge undid on the mountain family." Perhaps it would come to be understood that the pack was no longer on sour ground among many as it had become. Their beloved wolves were gone and they would forever be honored. Perhaps the right way now. She does not know Purge but she had wondered how much the she-wolf had really been sincere in all of this. Probably less than most had seemed to realize. Perhaps it was merely her way.

They arrived now and she pauses just outside of the borders. Her mis-matched eyes glance about and then to the younger male. "Lesson number one Scia, is to always be prepared to look respectable. We cannot go bouncing around and making spectacles of ourselves." She grins a little here but is not worried. Sciathan always seemed to be quite respectable toward anyone. He was shaping up to be quite the wolf if she thought so herself. That was usually a good thing too.
