Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Motherhood again. She forgot how frustrating it was, the playing the biting the complaining. It was only bearable because this time they were her Malina’s and they were raising them together. She had just got done playing some games with them and more games and more games. At least in these games she could /gently/ let loose some of her frustrations they put on her. Don’t get the woman wrong she loved her three new little pieces of her heart but by the gods were they frustrating creatures. Rogue had to blame that on their father obviously, no matter how many times she was told their mischievious sides came from their mother Rogue would see no fault in the woman. At least the man had some good genes apparently. Their grey-blue coats were like non Rogue had ever seen, but apparently his mother wore a pelt of this slate color. Skipped a generation she supposed? Either way Rogue had to give him some credit. He helped make a strong healthy son and two equally strong daughters and all of them had bits and pieces of their mother that just made Rogue’s harpy heart melt.

But still she liked having PEACE and that was hard to come by when all three of them were rambunctiously running around and being generally… annoying. So when tireness finally over took them the woman couldn’t help but let a sigh of relief letting the three children curl up with her and eventually the little hellions all fell asleep. Peace at last.

It was almost nice having the little bundles curled around with her, soon enough Malina would be back and they could be back to sharing the annoyances and actually having a sibilance of fun in there dysfunctional little family. But of course she had to have that peace disturbed. She heard the beats of hooves that nearly sounded like they ran right over her den and the bright poisonous green eyes flew open and her teeth beared. She heard her children growl in displeasure and her own hackles and growled joined with them.

Who in the HELL had the gaul to wake up HER babies!? She was about to stand when she noticed her son stand equally curious and scurrying outside the den. Well… her peace was pretty much gone to hell if Mana and Alcmene got up too it was all over and if they slept through that they clearly could sleep through anything. The fem exited eyes going around for the large blue fluff that was her son spotting him running towards the beach and Rogue’s own eyes falling onto the buffalo. And what in the hell was it doing charging around these parts anyway? She growled knowing that if it had child even though Los was a pup it would not give mercy to him. Less predators meant less deaths in their herd and family. So the long legged fem went sprinting after him when she spotted a boy that was very… Tess-like running from the beast.

Great. Now she had to play freaking Hero? What a pain! She was quick and silent in her approach, her will to keep it away from loss and protect her Alpha’s son making her do something she felt was a bit… out of character. Perhaps it would have been anyway, but Rogue served her pack and would help her alpha and his annoying spawn. The buffalo had no way to see that she was coming she came running up from behind quick and slilent as a shadow, now she was hardly meant for strength but annoying and harassing to get this bitch off of Tess’ son? Yeah she could do that.

Her fangs lashed out jumping from the side of it and letting her fangs tear at the thinner furred area of the giant beasts shoulder making a point to snarl and growl as loud as possible to make it angry at her. She could run for days if she had too and pick and pick at this beast until it choose it had enough or if the dumb thing just died. Just what the hell did this boy do to tick it off so bad anyway? She bounced off then whipping around to get out of its way as it’s own form stopped to face her angry and pawing at the ground. Yeah see the pretty demon? She knew she wanted to play with her. Rogue’s face whipped up a wicked grin; it was indeed fun to play with things that were more than double her size.

”Los, you move and you’re dead got it! And Boy you better help me or so help you I will put you in the damned ground myself!? Not the best role model ever… but it would do.
