News 08.08.2021
Change was long overdue in Spirane. Now that I have learned who is still an active presence within the pack, the ranks have been updated. As I once took time away from the pack, so too now shall Kalseru. Know that she is still second in command of the pack, as is reflected in her rank. Once you are familiar with the new ranking system, if you would like to change positions or move up in the ranks you need only ask. Let this be a time of new life in Spirane, and a promise of great things to come!

When the snows fall and the white winds blow, the lone wolf dies, but the pack survives.

how can I stand here with you,
and not be moved by you?
Since their arrival in Spirane the child was finding a rather adventurous side that she had not possessed in Asteraia, perhaps it was the beauty that enticed her to explore and discover her new home, whatever it was the child was more often than not wandering the mountains attempting to learn this new land that she now lived within. Today she was alone, the comforting presence of Illa is missed dearly but she cannot resist the temptation knowing she was safe within Spirane. When it had first began to snow the sight it presented had captivated the child, fixating her attention at the sky above as the flakes floated down with ease. It was a breath taking sight, one that perhaps she would remember for all time. Yet as more time passed she was beginning to realize this perhaps would not be just another snowfall but the comings of a storm and with much reluctance she turned back intent on making it back to the den before the worse was upon her. But to the plains born child she did not realize the mountains held a power all there own and the differences in terrain would soon be well remembered.

Pale green eyes blink at the harsh sting of the wind, the roar of the storm drowning out the sound of her pounding heart. The wall of white that surrounded her has her unsure just exactly what direction she is heading, but she knows she should have made it to the den by now. A slight whimper escapes her lips but is lost to the storm. Sweeping it away as if it never left her lips. The slight frame of her body battling the wind in an attempt to stay upright, for already had it pulled her feet from beneath sending her into a tumble. Yet despite it all she seems determined no matter what, for the thought of perhaps her mother of Illa out searching for her in this storm is enough to drive the child on. The fear of the storm harming her family pushing away her own fear for the sake of those she loves. Hoping they would forgive her for wandering too far on this day. And all would be well when she found her way back to the den.

An attempt at the scenting the air is met with the harsh and bitter cold of winter that settles in her lungs, as she quickly moves to tuck her muzzle in the protection of her chest the shift in her body is quickly battered with the force of the wind and once again she feels her slight body falling prey once more to the storm as it sends her tumbling down. The impact of her back hitting the soft snow causes a rush of air to escape along with a grunt. At the lower altitude of her landing the storm seems slightly lesser yet still as fierce. As she moves to stand, shaking the collection of white from the red and grey of her back. It is in her shake does the scents of others, no longer hidden by the harsher winds filter in and unknowingly her feet are already leading her in their direction. The princes of Spirane. She had met them once during the story time that Sorcha has held, perhaps they could point her in the right direction. As she tucks her smaller body together braving the winds once again in hopes the boys would not mind her intrusion, for the desire to be back in her mother and siblings presence is outweighing the shyness.

Pale green eyes are the first to catch sight of them, their scents following soon after as a slight sigh of relief escapes yet is lost in the roar of the wind as she moves closer and closer, their backs to her while their attention seems fixed ahead. The need to announce herself and not just rudely come up behind is there but she is sure the storm would happily carry the gentle sound away before it even reached them. So cautiously does she close the distance, afraid they would not like her sneaking up on them. But as she gets closer, pale green eyes find the sight of another. One of pure white, one she knows as well. "Hyrule." The smile on her lips is lost at the rush of wind that almost sweeps her once more off her feet as she stumbles slightly. She glances at them, hoping no had noticed the mishap for their larger bodies seemed far better suited than her fragile one against the storm. It is then she looks to the boys, a slight friendly wave to her tail despite the wind as she greets them as well from the dark, to the blonde and then the grey. "Hello, sorry for intruding. I don't mean to be a bother." The sincerity in those gentle words is real and she hopes they will forgive her though for a moment she is happy to have stumble upon them, for the fact they could point her home and that Hyrule was here within the mountains. As she moves to step closer, a slight wiggle to her body despite it all. "Are you all alright? This storm is rather harsh.." Even though they are bigger than she is she cannot help the need to know if all is well, the worry over them outweighing her's for the moment. As she moves to sit upon the snow, in hopes to make sure she did not fall over. Timidly does she eye each until they land on Hyrule. Remembering how nice he had been to her when she had visited Diveen in search of Yuki. "It is nice to see you again Hyrule, I see the guardian of the gate is no longer at his gate... Who will the passerby impress now?" She smiles softly as if to ease her teasing tone remembering his words.

A rush of air forces her ears to lay flat upon her skull and a slight whimper escaping as she unsteadily teeters to the side before correcting herself. Pale green eyes sheepishly looking at the princes before she speaks. "If it is not too much trouble could one of you possibly point out the direction to the lower dens?" Pausing for a moment, "I did not mean to interrupt, I seemed to have become lost due to the storm for it seems rather intent on sweeping me off my feet..." Laughing softly yet her timidness has pale green eyes admiring the snow at her feet. Hoping she had not ruined her chances at befriending the brothers due to her mishaps.
