Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

got a hole in my soul,
growing deeper and deeper,
If she had been a fool, she would not have felt uncomfortable. Yet, her instincts told her to be weary, particularly when the silence befell the clearing like night. It made her cautious, though she did her best to conceal such caution behind haughty, determined little steps. It made her heart flutter though, even though she could not pinpoint just what made it do so. All she knew is that she had come and suddenly, she was alone outside of the pack with what was essentially a stranger. Sure, she recognized some kind of similarity but to her young mind, she could even find similarity between she and Asteraia's alpha. They were all wolves, after all. The vague familiarity didn't exactly make her any more comfortable either, though it did an excellent job at piquing her interest.

When he rose, she sunk back, taking several steps backwards so that she no longer dwelt in his shadow. Instead, she now stared up at him even more so than before, feeling even smaller than she had initially. Then, he spoke. At first, his words barely made any sense. Father? Eden? She frowned. Then, she shook her head and obstinately starred him down. When she spoke, it was almost mocking.

"If your my father, then why don't you hang around my mother? Everybody else's father does that to their mothers."

Though she spoke as confidently as possible, her angst was all too obvious. Of course, she was under the guise that she had hidden it and yet, his reaction made her puff up in anger. He barely seemed phased by what she had assumed to have been a gotcha'! question. As far as she was aware, she didn't have a father. Or at least, not one that she knew. So whereas a part of her refused the idea, another part twitched in desire to have that connection. It drew her forward closer, though she tactically side stepped his shadow.

"I'm Eloah. My mother's name is Renai and this is my pack - Asteraia. Why?"
