Hell touched phantoms that lurked in the caves. He remembers these words, remembers the scarred girl that had been here while he was searching through the grotto caves. It was a reason he had come back here, because of all those scars and his wish to find out where she had gotten them, if she was still around. He would search for her scent to see if she was around, as no name had been given back then. Perhaps she had been attacked by one of those that was attacking other wolves in the neutral lands, and Riot wanted to know if she would discuss who had done it, if this were the case. Maybe that wasn't what had happened, but he still had to check any leads that he had. Or thought he had, at least.

Except for one, for now. That lead from the white wolf who had come bloody into Iromar was not a path that Riot was ready to head down. Eventually he would have to, he knew that. It just.. made him a bit uncomfortable to actually think to go through right now, and he needed to stay sharp, did not need the complications that might arise from what he found. There were other roads to take, and this was good enough for him. He would keep looking until he found.. something. Someone. He wouldn't stop until he did, because he really wanted a place in Iromar to be proud of. To have gained through his skill of gathering information. Why else would he be going through these caves hoping to catch the scent of the scarred girl again?
