At Leisure Lake the sun is always shining and only a few stray clouds roam the open sky; paradise is the one word that really describes it. This beautiful lake is clean and refreshing, the very best place to swim and fish. Pups are known to play here while older wolves watch at the side, engaged in their own activities.

~I hope you smile when you look down on me~

While the ashen girl had searched for her answer to her knights question she realized he seem bothered. He head shook back and forth signaling a disagreement, but with what she did not know. His eyes glazed over as he stared out into the lake with her, the calm water seemingly putting the mottled knight into a trance-like state. At least until she moved. When she spoke he smiled gently making her more confident as she spoke, and most of all more comfortable and even safer. As she embraced him she felt his muscles flex making him strong against her soft bodice. But her conscience wouldn’t allow her to stay and the cold made her realize how quickly she missed his warmth.

Fine vibrations tingled her skin as Kalgalath shivered next to her. Though her eyes were turned she heard Kalgalath move towards her and her gaze fixed upon his figure slightly falling as he caught himself. His chuckled vibrated within him and Sebring smiled awkwardly as she spoke. But her words clashed with his and he laughed again with his crown tilted slightly. Her eyes watched as his icy blues searched her face. She felt the softness of his gaze upon her, studying her facial structure with gentle and soft eyes. A warmth spread across her face but not from his gaze. It emanated from her cheeks which were now a deep crimson. His vocals were soft, like a gentle stream running in her ears, “I’m not sorry I saved you.” Her soft yellow orbs searched the mottled knights face, it was now that realized how handsome he really was. The shadows deepened the lines of his face, and blended his body into the shadows. Sebring moved closer to Kalgalath not wanting the shadows to swallow him and leave her alone again.

Her nose was mere inches from his, and she breathed in his earthy scent. It soothed her fears again. “Do… do you have a place to say? I’m sorry, I know I keep prying, but, are you new to Blossom Forest? I just ask because you are clearly not alright, and I don’t want to leave you alone. If you have a den or a pack or somewhere you have been sleeping I can help you get there.” She smiled meekly as she opened her eyes and looked into his, “Or if you haven’t… Um…” his voice halted abruptly, he couldn’t speak. They had switched places and Sebring took her chance to speak and help him like had her. “I am new. And I, well I don’t have a home yet…” Her voice drifted off and she looked back into his eyes seeking comfort. She moved closer to him again as the wind came off the lake making her shiver. Sebring pressed into Kalgalath’s warm, dark fur, “Please don’t leave me Kalgalath. Will you please stay with me? Her voice was quiet, and hollow revealing how weak she truly was.

Sebring shivered involuntarily at the thought of Kalgalath leaving her, she didn’t want to be alone. Not in this darkness, not with her hellish dreams threatening to break through. “Please don’t go…” she whispered into his fur, she felt pathetic again.

"They’re only baby scars," She whispers.
