Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

Viserys
two - iblis x rhae - wanderer

He waited outside the den, blue eyes searching for any signs of life or movement inside. Viserys thought that this might almost be to good to be true- perhaps his nose had deceived him, or maybe this was a dream. Still panting, he stood there for what was just seconds but felt like eternity, before his ears pricked forward as he caught the sound of shuffling within. Her face, far more mature than he had ever known it to be, peeked out from within the cave. He nodded eagerly as she spoke his name, a question, like his had been. It had been so long since they had seen each other, and he wondered if she was thinking it to good to be true, too.

The pale prince and his wild sister, the same pair who had frolicked through the plains of Asteraia all those moons ago, were reunited once again- whether it be by fate or coincidence, Viserys didn't care. He had family again. And that was more than he had had in a very long time.

Aurai's question barely registered, taken as he was with seeing his sister so grown up, mature, and even beautiful, but in the same vein she looked more wild, more feral... and wholly different. But her words, her scent, they were the same. It would take some getting to know each other again. But Viserys had missed her so. "I kept looking, for anyone. Isolde, mother, father, they're... I don't know where they are. So much has happened, I-" he paused for a second, swallowing. "I didn't want to go to Taviora because I thought that maybe I'd... have a better chance of finding you out here." He tried to explain in as little words as possible, but there was just so much that the words all just seemed to come tumbling out like a river, his tongue a dam that simply couldn't hold back the flood.

Her sharp words lead him to tilt his head- Viserys wasn't used to that low sharpness in her voice, something far more commanding than the daughter of the plains had ever spoke, far more distrusting and feral. What had she been up to, that had left her this way? She had always been wild, but perhaps in a different way- they had a home then, and she was wild and free within confines- ones that Viserys himself had mostly set.

He didn't hesitate to follow her inside, his steps wobbly and stilted but excited as ever. The boy wondered if she'd comment on his obvious malnutrition and lack of self-care, but with her back, he could be healthy again. Happy again. "Where... where did you go? I was worried about you, you were sick and I thought that maybe..." he said once inside, trailing off, unwilling to say the next few words. It didn't matter, anyway- she was back now, and that was what mattered.
