right now it don't make sense braylen?

sometimes the greater plan is kinda hard to understand...

Weary legs moved, her head was drooped, barely held up as she walked, eyes half closed, she wasn’t sure what she was doing back here again, but it seemed like she had an issue. She didn’t know why she left this last time, she had just been wandering again, and it seemed that her heart had been missing something to hold her there. Braylen had seemed to be what, mad at her? when he and Zain had found her in Paradise, only her son had been happy to see her. At least, it had come across that way to her. She was unable to ask him of his feelings, but then again, she was unable to do so much, to say so much. But it seemed her heart was bringing her back, again.

The tawny girl with the dappled back walked slow, her dark hair falling around her face. Pale eyes looked outward, but didn’t see much, because what she wanted to see wasn’t before her. Her steps were uneven, a slight hitch in her right rear leg caused her to limp, caused by the now healed gash that had been at the bottom of her leg. She didn’t even remember getting the wound, let alone what had really happened to cause it, so for now, she didn’t think about it. She had stopped herself halfway towards her old home, the herd was different, no one was the same, but it still hurt to think that her parents and would-have-been sibling had died from the damned mountain lion that lived there. It had been raining when she had visited, and then it got stormy and that was really the last thing she remembered.

The gash on her leg healed weird, jagged and just unsettling, and Isobel still didn’t know what had caused it, and so she ignored it most days. It ached, sure it did, and if she hit it on accident when swimming, oh boy that was even worse. She stood near the rocky copse that held the waterfall, her sage-green eyes watching the water flow through the rocks, splashing with a vengeance into the pool below. She stepped closer slowly, looking at her reflection in the rippling water below.

Her mind raced, wondering if he had forgotten her, moved on and gotten others, but of course he probably did, after all, she had never been able to explain her feelings for him, and thinking back, she couldn’t remember ever hearing him say anything specific about feelings. But then again, it’d been a while since she had seen him. She doubted he even would want to see her again. She kept screwing up and leaving, why? She didn’t know. But she knew in her heart she missed her family, and she missed being a part of a herd.
