Winter was the season she most preferred. It allowed Mother Nature the ability to pinpoint the weak and quickly put them to their ultimate demise. It was natural for her, and her kind, to seek out the weak and obliterate them. Sadly though the dominant mindset within their species was to ignore their natural need to leave behind those that were weak. Most within their species felt they were obligated to help the weak continue to live and that was something she could not accept at all. She was well aware she had two wolves that were much older than her, and yet, so long as they continued to live and not show a sign of weakness then they would remain safe. Yet the moment she discovered that they were no longer useful and their time to die was near then she would be more than happy to...help them. After all how could she continue to have a strong and healthy pack if she had members that were slowing them down? Always she looked out for her own truly concerned about those that lived within the field.
Already the bitter touch of the northern winds were already dying the moment noon arrived each day. The snow was already melting and the new stalks began to pop out of the thawing ground. The air was becoming warmer each day as they crept closer and closer to spring. With spring came the increase of the population, especially the prey, and she was quite interested in the yearlings coming closer to age. With this spring season her focus would not just be on the members of her pack. No, her attention would be on the parasites that were growing inside her. When she slept she could feel them kick and move around as she was curled up against her imprint and his mate. For some reason she felt more drawn to me up against the green-eyed male. Perhaps it was the need of winter and instincts pulling her towards the male that was connected to her soul. Both their temperament was slightly off as they pulled and tugged at one another – both unsure of these feelings and the strong pull between the two.
Today she had been moving along the borders each footstep leaving a rather large imprint as she moved at an easy pace. She was expecting any time soon, as her potential Frankenstein exclaimed, the bob-tailed wolf completely excited about the whole thing. Just because she was going to deliver new life into this world didn’t mean she had to slack off on her responsibilities. Half torn ear twitched when she heard a call, from an Alpha no less, puzzled she stood quietly for a moment. She did not want other Alphas to witness her in this...condition. Achilles had to experience her anger and now who ever this Alpha was...they would have to deal with her as well. Lifting her dial she would let out her haunting eerie tune letting him know she was nearby and coming. Long legs carried her ebony form across the melting snow in her fields as she moved fluidly towards the white male that stood remained at her borders. Sapphire eyes looked over his carcass noticing that the wounds he had were recent and a familiar scent was coming off him, one that belonged to the red-eye prisoner that had recently left, because her time serving was complete. She did not carry her dial in such a way that boasted her rank, because the way she moved showed subtle dominance. It would quite shocking for Eden to notice that Tick Tock resembled Raven quite well even though she lacked the crimson furs. She would stand along her side of the border looking at the male as her dial tilted slightly in a puzzled manner. He had come...he should at least start the conversation.
