Much had changed after the births of her children. She wasn’t as agitated as she was during those grueling winter months. Motherhood was not her thing. Being quite large and walking with extra weight wasn’t easy, especially for a wolf her age. They would be the last litter she would ever have. Because she would never again go through the overbearing and obnoxious feeling of being pregnant. Some females enjoyed bearing new life, and she was not one of those wolves, because she experienced more pleasure when she took the life of another. Having Singe and Lonhro around her, while pregnant, allowed her emotions to flicker and change. At first she thought of them as nothing more than extra wolves that provided more warmth within the den they all shared, but overtime, her nurturing side was exposed and she began to care for them as if they were her own. Even though she cared for them she did not think it was best for them to be among Nevermore and Gunsynd, concerned that they may be harmed – whether it was on purpose or an accident.
Seeing Achilles along her border, all alone, was quite interesting. Why he would travel all alone without at least one wolf at his side was quite troubling, for her. After the mishap of her Frankenstein being stolen she questioned what Achilles true intentions were. True, the steal may have been a mistake, but for her she wondered if that was truly valid. Finding him here all alone Tick Tock thought of two reasons why. Her first reason was that Achilles wanted to show true faith at his attempt of trusting her. As for the second reason he was here all alone, she assumed he wasn’t, and that he had a group nearby always watching. Dark sapphire eyes looked beyond Achilles, attempting to see if her second assumption was true. Though she would look back at the young King nodding her head once to his inquiry.
“Impa is fine for now, but I don’t want that to travel.”
She did not want everyone in Moladion to believe her name was Impa. If Majora spoke the truth about what he was up to, then this title would be used only by those that needed to know it. The last thing that needed to happen was some sort of mistake if she was called such a name by someone not within their circle. As Lonhro made his approach her banner swayed slightly with pleasure to see him again. Spending time keeping the younger ones fed, to helping Cuirass with his training, and doing other pack related tasks kept her far from the two boys of Tobias and Flare. Seeing his ears fly back against his skull she accepted his recognition, not pressing him to do anymore. After all he was Tobias’ son. His admission of knowing ‘all the things’ left her baffled, but amused. She wasn’t sure what he knew or not, but she didn’t want him to divulge it in front of their guest, and so, she made a mental note to ask him more about it when they were alone. For now though her black lips pulled back to reveal a small smile as she gave him a nod of approval, her cold lyrics filled with soft praise.
“That is good you know all the things.”
As Achilles inquired more about Lonhro and his interests she turned her frame around and took a few steps away from Achilles and the border. With a flick of her tail she signaled the King he was allowed to step across the indivisible line, not bothered at all that he would come. After all she was willing to give him a chance to make up for his pack member’s attempt to steal her own. Seeing Lonhro walk away she tilted her head to the side wondering what he was up to. Turning back around to Achilles, should he follow, she sat down quite contently as she asked him what he was doing here. They had talked about the possibility of alliances before, and Majora had told her it would happen, and so she wondered if Achilles would truly uphold to such a thing. Having Iromar as allies was something she knew would happen, after all her first born was their Consul, but having Diveen would help her have a chance with the Mountains and the Forest.
“Coming this way...all alone...well aren’t you brave. Tell me Achilles what would you like to discuss?”
