Many wolves looking for relaxation come to Blossom Field. A gentle breeze vibrating the blossoming flowers is quite a sight to see and it is quite a favourite for wolves to come with their mates.

A recent fire has ruined the scenery, half the field covered with soot and marked with scars of the flames. The other half is untouched, however.

I WRITE SINS NOT TRAGEDIES

What little mothering that had occurred or even existed was gone. The fea’s scent was long gone after their first feeding, and the once warm liquid was replaced by mushy food. And it was only as warm as the air that surrounded the pups. Each one of them had begun to open their eyes and the sights that had infiltrated the weary white pups gazers was not the utopia he had hoped for. There was no loving mother, only a single father attempting and trying with every ounce of his being to keep them alive. It was almost in spite that the pale ghost had wanted to die. He wanted to be a ghost, maybe then his mother would pay a snippet attention to his cold body, but alas here he was trudging with his father and siblings. Still alive.

Sin let his dual oceans lull over the land, his white paws dragged his body forward towards the voice he recognized as his mother’s. But the call he hoped to be one of forgiveness and undying love was just as irate that the voice that berated his ears as their arrived. They’re yours now. Sin’s father just nodded his head. Aindreas was beaten, he couldn’t force her to take them and risk her just drowning them all in the lake… He would have rather attempted to salvage their puphood and make into a less depressing situation. And as Aindreas resigned to take them ‘home’, wherever that was Drizzt spoke up. Mother… I would like to go with you. Everyone needs family, don’t they? And Sin couldn’t help but protest, Drizzt…? His voice was doused in pain, he didn’t want to lose part of his family… How could Drizzt even begin to contemplate living that woman..? Sin could hardly bring himself to call her, his mother.

But before Sin could even think to broach the subject any further a duo of wolves showed. Two grey pelted wolves, one of them being particularly akin to his father. Their eyes were almost identical. Why, hello Hocus… This is awkward, now isn’t it? Sin just sat silently, trying to shove down whatever bubbling emotions had started rising to the surface. White lids closed over his similarly electric blue eyes as he just awaited to barrage of anger, confusion and hurt to rise up and erupt over the entire group that had cumulated in the field.
