She wasn’t set on this whole idea of leaving her home, her family. Especially with her mom and dad having a bunch of little siblings! Still the girl thought a lot about her imprint’s words about how maybe her purpose wasn’t within the mountains, that maybe she needed to walk and see the world for herself for a while. So she started walking. Down the mountain and into the free lands, exploring the lands and seeing whatever she could. She started with the river, but nothing really caught her eye and soon found herself in the crags and now… here. She found the opening, she had heard of this place, but never had her own paws touched the stone and dirt of this place. It was so different here, she found herself amazed with the caverns, she even could hear the little trickle of water hitting the stones.
She felt a bit confined, and uncomfortable for it. After being in the mountains, high up and touching the clouds at times, down here felt so bleak and different. Almost horrifying. Almost. Her sense of wonder though was still there, overriding her fear and allowing her to walk forward still despite the closing feeling around her. She wondered how many others found themselves walking down here, and what for. Moonstone didn’t know why she was down here. Purpose didn’t come randomly to someone right? But then again Fate had given her Alistair, and Alistair was trying to make it so she could find what she needed in her own life. He had found his purpose, being in Taviora, their diplomat and working his way up the chain there. Perhaps she too should call Taviora home and be done with it, but if felt traitorous to leave Spirane, not before she knew what she needed to do.
That was when the girl’s purple eyes found the black and white female, she was shuffled about examining the walls as if she was looking for something. There was a scent of herbs on her, like there was on Niviaq too, the bag seemed like a tell tale sign of a healer. Slowly the large wolfess moved forward. Moonstone was blessed perhaps to be a great warrior if she wanted, it was part of the reason she wasn’t really afraid to wander on her own, but what of this female? She was small and upon closer inspection she was even missing a leg! How did she hunt? Live? What was she doing out here?
All these questions came billowing up to the surface like a geyser ready to explode but Moonstone was still calm, able to let her tail sway in a friendly manner as she got a little closer to the smaller female.
