Aplos Riverside

Moladion’s powerful, winding river...
Aplos River is a broad, slow-moving river originating from somewhere beneath the mountains of Spirane and feeding Iromar’s moors in the south. The northern parts of the river are known for their strong currents, with the water becoming slow moving in the south. The riverbanks vary along its course, ranging from soft hummock grasses to small groups of pine, and sometimes nothing but pebbles and sand. Crossing can be difficult at times, but it can be swam or bridged by fallen trees or boulders alike.

Life had been odd since coming to Moladion. She had this weird experience with a red male, but unfortunately had lost sight of him and had not seen him since. She didn't know quite how to find him yet. She wondered what her next steps would be. It was winter now. The cold was touching her dark black fur touched with golden streaks. She grew a decent amount of fur for the winter, and was not so much bothered by the weather.

The female had been considering choosing a home here. She honestly did not know where would be a good place. She was a rather friendly girl, and she thought perhaps if she found someone to ask, she may find out more and make a better decision. She had explored a bit. She found where the scents became thick with pack. Yet, she did not know enough quite yet. So today, she decided to roam a bit and see if she could come across someone to chat with.

Thirst always seemed to come in time. A river was nearby, which also meant she may find someone to speak with. Her cream colored legs move her closer to the river. She hears the sounds up ahead, and her tail wags slightly behind her with coming upon the sweet elixir of life. She breaks past the trees to see the river ahead. She trots on up and drinks greedily for a moment, her orange eyes then seeing another figure across the river from her. She lifts her head just as the other broke into a run. El'Zeath jumped onto a small rock to watch, ears lifted as she attempts to hear over the river's roar. It was not safe to cross the thick river between them, at least not in a rush, but perhaps the stranger wouldn't mind a chat? She seemed small, young like an older pup of a year or two.
Yet she felt a sort of...aura from the other other as she got a better look. Perhaps El'Zeath was going against her better judgement and good nature.

"Oh...hey!" she calls out with a grin upon her face, hoping that the other would hear her before she was too far where the river would garble up her voice. Heck, with a whole river between them, she may not hear her anyway, who knows. She keeps her eyes upon the other, seeing if she would stop to give a bit of info about the area once they were close and safe enough from the river to do so.
