Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

That day in Spirane had been dull. Since then, she returned to the more familiar traces of Glorall, planning and plotting. Something had happened there. It wasn't fully inexplicable. Whoever it was, her imprint had been there. They didn't meet face to face, but had been in close enough vicinity to have Fate alert them of it. And so the powers of the world had drawn her and this unknown together. The grey tone female wasn't sure how she felt of it, but would make due. Indeed, even as she trekked about the pack, that feeling had tugged at the back of her mind, alerting her to his presence within her home.

Perfect, she mused. Her imprint could prove quite useful to her, or he could be completely useless. Matianak knew she would need to learn more about him to discern that for sure. So, she padded along, tail raised just enough to show she was not to be trifled with, that she only was willing to submit to that of her father or her alpha. No one else mattered but what they thought.

As she drew nearer, she noticed something in his scent. Was he related to someone here? Asriel was clearly not of Glorall, but he traipsed across their borders as if he would readily be welcome here. Perhaps then, he was, but she couldn't fully pinpoint it, faint as it was. She had never met Eden in person, only his smell and what she heard. "You're awfully bold, aren't you?" Matianak asked as much as stated she came to Asriel's path. She had a grin on her face. "I think we are going to make quite the pair, you and I," the young wolf said. It wasn't a complete lie, but nor was it fully true. They would either be an ideal team, or he would do as she said. It didn't matter which. It would simply morph accordingly as Matianak learned more about this male who was her imprint.
