The boys moved in an easy pace, knowing the new queen was looking for most of the pack. The knowledge that Daenerys had stepped down to go recover from her injuries was concerning. But the boys figured that her daughter must be up for the task of being queen if her mother picked her. The two brothers moved easily, their slight size differences making it look a little comical. Cadeyrn had a longer gait, while Berwyn's legs moved faster due to his light weight. While they were only roughly two inches of height difference, Berwyn was a good forty pounds lighter than his brother. More streamlined. But none the less, they were brothers, thus, they stood side by side in this moment. Knowing that their strength together might be an asset to the new queen.

Berwyn's ear folded back when he caught a scent near the new queen, one he had tussled with before. The jackwad with the fucked up face. A growl passed his lips, they were too far for anyone to hear it but Cadeyrn. The older of the two looked at him with a glare, and confusing lacing his eyes as he bumped him roughly with his shoulder, hoping to knock sense into the younger one. Berwyn glared at the older brother, distrust rolling through him briefly before remembering that he had never told his older brother of the issues he'd dealt with with this jerk before. Great. Now he'd have to explain himself later on. Lovely.

The two made their way slowly, Berwyn sticking by Cadeyrn's right side, their bodies a foot away from each other as they drew closer to the new queen. Their heads both dipped as they came to a stop before her. The other males there were speaking, but these two, well, they listened. Knowing what was going on before introducing themselves seemed like the best plan of action. And as long as Cadeyrn stood between Berwyn and that other male, maybe there wouldn't be any unnecessary tension. Cadeyrn let his eyes go to where Berwyn’s gaze kept flicking. The male under the tree, hiding himself away. He wondered to himself what his litter brother had gotten messed up in, but shook his head as he looked back to the new queen.

She seemed their age, maybe slightly older. He hoped that Daenerys was alright, and that whoever was with her would help her. It brought memories of his mother to focus, and the idea that Anenome would have rushed to the aid of the old queen made him smile, ever so slightly, but it stopped there. He knew that there was something else happening here, call it intuition, whatever you will, but he was just waiting to see what was going to happen, something was bound to.
