Her encounter with the wolfess Grimoire had been… well she wasn’t sure how to describe it. She was nervous, the female had made it through her patrol so easily. Zelda was nervous about telling her where Wraith had gone, but Wraith also was a strange wolf so him having… slightly strange friends didn’t exactly surprise Zelda. If they were friends. However, she would leave that in her uncles hands for now. She was certain Asteraia would be her next stop. Zelda before coming here had sent for a scout to let Wraith or at least someone know incase she was a not so friendly figure. Part of her wondered how quickly the black wolfess would go to him. She wasn’t entirely sure if she was even telling the truth about her name or her intentions, but all that needed to rest as soon as she crossed into Spirane.

She had heard the call but she wasn’t exactly sure what had happened to Daenerys. Part of her hoped it was simply that she was getting older and thought to retire, the other part worried something might have happened. Today maybe she would find out. The auburn wolfess didn’t go all the way into the pack despite being invited. That invitation after all had been by Vortigern, Nymeria and Daenerys not the current ruler. Kalseru, she thought her name was, but Zelda couldn’t be certain. She wasn’t as familiar with the children of Daenerys and their names, but she hoped that would change today.

Zelda felt hopeful as she tilted her head back, calling to the new Queen and any of her other diplomats or wolves that felt the need to come to her with her silvery tones. She wasn’t sure if she would be in for an audience, Taviora’s rule and the way they were had never faltered. The only reason the alliance hadn’t been reestablished was simply formalities. Never had Zelda thought to act against the mountain pack that always, in her mind, still held a friendship with, just as she felt with Diveen. Diveen was next after she visited Spirane… she had to figure out what was going on already she worried that tensions between Iromar and them might rise and she wanted to see what she could do to get to the bottom of what happened without getting too involved with either side. She knew Pine might be angry with her, especially if she established an alliance after hearing what had happened, but Zelda was trying to look at the big picture. Cenna even said it. Something wasn’t right there.

For now, before she did any of that she had to meet with Kalseru. Her call ended and she waited in the small clearing on her own. Hopefully she wouldn’t be left to wait long.
